Register as a Test Taker with Disabilities

We are committed to providing GMAT exam access to test takers with disabilities.

If you believe you have a disability that prevents you from taking the GMAT under standard conditions, you may request accommodations by completing these steps:

  1. Create a GMAT profile in that captures your contact information and gives you a GMAT ID number, but DO NOT register for a GMAT exam appointment until you receive an accommodation decision.

  2. Read both the GMAT Handbook and the Supplement for Test Takers with Disabilities very carefully. The GMAT Handbook provides critical information that every test taker, with or without a disability, must know to take the GMAT exam. The Supplement provides test takers with disabilities additional guidance on the process for requesting GMAT accommodations.

  3. Complete the GMAT Exam Accommodations Request Form

  4. Attach medical/clinical documentation as described below by disability type:
  5. Send your completed GMAT Exam Accommodation Request Form and all supporting documentation to Pearson VUE using the fax or mailing address below (NOT by email).  You should receive an email confirmation of receipt of your documents within four business days.  You should receive a decision regarding your request within one month.

  6. If we approve your request for accommodations, then you will be able to schedule an accommodated testing.  It is not possible to schedule an accommodated testing before receiving approval for accommodations. Therefore, we request that you not book a testing appointment until you receive our decision regarding your accommodation request.
