The new editions include a brand-new Verbal Review chapter in the GMAT™ Official Guide 2022 and GMAT™ Official Guide Verbal Review 2022 and an updated Math Review chapter in the GMAT™ Official Guide 2022 and GMAT™ Official Guide Quantitative Review 2022. The new answer explanations offer an updated approach to solving GMAT exam questions. Recognizing that time is of the essence when taking the GMAT exam, alternative solutions have been added to some questions to offer multiple approaches for arriving at the answer. This gives each test taker options that works best for him or her.

The Online Question Bank for the Official Guide 2022 series includes an online tool that allows users to create customized practice sets using questions in the Official Guide series. The questions can also be accessed on mobile devices through the Wiley Efficient Learning mobile app and used in offline mode.
The Online Question Bank contains over 150 flashcards. These flashcards are designed to test users on the individual concepts that make up a GMAT question. The flashcards do not use retired GMAT questions; rather they contain simpler problems and explanations of concepts.

Yes. The 2022 series offers more questions and features, but the questions in the old edition can still be a useful study guide.

The GMAT™ Official Guide 2022, GMAT™ Official Guide Verbal Review 2022 and GMAT™ Official Guide Quantitative Review 2022 all use real questions from past GMAT™ exams.
What is the Online Question Bank and how do I get access to it?
The Online Question Bank is an online tool that allows users to create customized practice sets using questions in the GMAT Official Guide series. Each title in the GMAT Official Guide 2022 series –GMAT™ Official Guide 2022, GMAT™ Official Guide Verbal Review 2022 and GMAT™ Official Guide Quantitative Review 2022–has its own separate bank or inventory of questions.
There are two ways to access the Online Question Bank:

Is there an eBook version of the GMAT™ Official Guide 2022 series?

Should I purchase the GMAT™ Official Guide Verbal Review 2022 and GMAT™ Official Guide Quantitative Review 2022 instead of the GMAT™ Official Guide 2022?
We generally recommend starting with the GMAT™ Official Guide 2022 because it offers more questions than the Verbal Review and Quantitative Review combined. The Verbal Review and Quantitative Review are designed as supplements to the main GMAT™ Official Guide and offer additional, unique practice questions for students who have exhausted questions in the main GMAT™ Official Guide.
