Updating Your Profile
If you need to update your GMAT Profile, you can log into your mba.com account and update certain sections prior to your exam appointment. However, you will need to contact Customer Care to update any of the following information: first, middle, or last name; date of birth; gender; and/or citizenship.

Reschedule or Cancel
You can reschedule or cancel your GMAT exam up to 24 hours prior to your appointment start time by clicking the “Reschedule” or “Cancel” buttons on the My Account page on mba.com. Note that fees may apply; please refer to the Pricing Table for more information.

Test Center Location-Specific Information

If you wish to cancel your GMAT exam, you may do so by clicking the Cancel Your GMAT Exam button below. You will be required to log in to the website to cancel your appointment online.

Test takers in China may also cancel their appointments by fax or email by using the information below. Please send your full name and GMAT ID to the following:

If testing within the EU, full refund is provided if the appointment is canceled within 14 days of the registration date. Please contact GMAT Customer Service by phone at +44(0)1618557219 or live chat via mba.com.

If you cancel more than seven calendar days before the schedule test date and time, you will receive a US$150 refund. If you cancel within seven calendar days before the scheduled test date and time, you will receive a US$50 refund.
