Identify Yourself Correctly
You MUST present acceptable and valid identification (ID), as described below, to be admitted to the test center. These requirements are strictly enforced. It is your responsibility to read and understand the instructions and requirements. If you do not present appropriate ID, you will not be admitted to the test center and will forfeit your entire test fee.
Admittance to the test center does not imply that the identification you presented was valid. If it is determined that your ID was fraudulent or otherwise invalid, your test scores will be canceled and your entire test fee will be forfeited. Notification of the cancellation will also be sent to any institutions that received your scores and may include the reason for the cancellation.
A passport is the only valid form of identification that you may present at the test center because it contains all four required elements. When scheduling your test appointment, be sure the spelling of your name exactly matches the name printed on your passport. If this information does not match, you will not be permitted to take the test, and you will forfeit your test fee.
