Store Policies and Shipping Schedules

What is the typical delivery schedule?

Answer: Orders processed by 4:00 p.m., EST, are shipped the same day. When you receive your delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. Typically, if your order is being shipped within the contiguous United States, you can expect to receive your order in two (2) to five (5) business days. If your order is being shipped by FedEx to somewhere outside the contiguous United States, you can generally expect to receive your order in four (4) to seven (7) business days.

What is the return policy?

Answer: Products cannot be returned unless they are defective or were received in damaged condition. You must report defective or damaged merchandise within 15 days of receipt in order to receive a refund.

What is the cancellation policy?

Answer: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

What does "back orders" mean?

Answer: We ship all available item(s) immediately. If an item from your order is on back order (that is, not available at the time we receive your order), we will ship all available items first, and bill you only for them. We will ship any back-ordered items as soon as they are available and will bill you for those items at that time.  Please be aware that orders placed Friday through Sunday, may result in an inaccurate "back order" e-mail notification.  If you place your order Friday through Sunday and receive such a notification, please check the status of your order on the following Monday.  We are currently working to correct this problem.  We thank you in advance for your patience.
