GMAC® conducts survey research studies with individuals, including, but not limited to: (1) mba.com registrants; (2) graduating MBA student (“Global MBA®”) survey participants; (3) MBA alumni survey participants; and (4) purchasers of mba.com products and services. From those who voluntarily respond to our surveys, we may collect their basic contact information, background information (e.g., demographics, education, and work history), and opinions and attitudes. GMAC® may also receive students’ names from schools and MBA programs. Individuals may always opt out of receiving invitations to participate in GMAC® Survey Research and any other future communications as stated below.

Survey research for mba.com registrants is optional and such registrants must opt in to receive an invitation to participate in survey research. Other MBA program surveys may be generated by schools providing GMAC® with student information. You may always opt out of participating in surveys by responding to the directions provided within the survey invitation and, for mba.com registrants, by visiting My Profile and changing your preferences.

GMAC® generates aggregate reports from survey responses and uses these reports internally to improve GMAC® products and services. GMAC® may share aggregate reports with participating schools and organizations. Survey records are not associated with individuals in any of these reports; individuals’ names and contact details may be used only to track survey completion and for follow-up communications as appropriate.
