The fees below are for online transactions. You are welcome to call us, however there may be a US$10 service fee for certain transactions and requests, which will be added to the fees below. Since this fee is charged per call, we suggest that you try to make all requests within a single call rather than contacting us more than once. The fee is not charged for basic customer service questions. Additionally, some countries require us to also charge taxes.
When cancelling online more than seven full days prior to the date and time of your exam, you will receive a refund of US$80. If you cancel by phone, you will see a credit of US$80 credit on your account but also a service charge of US$10. If you cancel your exam less than seven full days prior to your exam date and time, you are not eligible for a refund.

If testing in South Korea, refund for cancelling more that seven days before appointment is US$150, and within seven days is US$50 refund.
If testing within the EU, full refund is provided if the appointment is canceled within 14 days of the registration date. Please contact GMAT Customer Service by phone at +44(0)1618557219 or live chat via mba.com.
If you cancel the exam by phone, you may be asked for a US$10 service fee. If you miss your scheduled exam time for any reason, your registration fee will be forfeited.
You may be participating in a special program where some fees may differ from the ones outlined above. Please refer to your offer document for the same.

In India some banks will not allow the debit cards to be used on the internet unless the merchant participates in Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code. This requires that the customer enter a pin number. We do not participate in this program. Please contact your bank for assistance. Some banks may be willing to issue their customers a special onetime use card or lift the pin restriction so you can use it on our web site.

Payments by check must be payable in US dollars and drawn on banks located in the United States. Please note that you will need to use the Scheduling Form (pdf) when paying by cashier's check, money order, or personal check.
All payments must be made in full, include the correct numeric and written fee amount, have the appropriate signature(s), and be made payable to Pearson VUE-GMAT. Postdated checks will not be accepted. The bank name and location should be preprinted on the face of the check. Taxes must be included where applicable and the exam date must be at least 10 calendar days after the check is received to allow time for the check to clear. Please keep in mind that it can take up to eight (8) weeks for letters to reach the U.S. from some countries.
By sending a personal check, you are authorizing Pearson VUE, at its discretion, to use the information on your check to make an electronic debit from your account for the amount of your check; no additional amount will be withdrawn at that time. You are also authorizing Pearson VUE to make an electronic debit from your account of an additional service fee of US$20 in the event your check is returned.
Note: If your credit card is declined, your exam date will not be processed. You will be responsible for scheduling your test again using a valid form of payment.
GMAT Test Vouchers
Vouchers for the GMAT exam are not available through the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). Some scholarship organizations, such as the Fulbright Foundation and the The Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program, may provide fee assistance if you are selected to participate in their programs.
