How do I schedule a GMAT™ exam?
To schedule a GMAT exam, you will first need to create an account. Once you have an account, you may: register, reschedule, or cancel a GMAT exam; access free test prep materials; or save your preferences.
To schedule by phone, please contact your regional customer care center. Note: There will be a US$10 surcharge for scheduling by phone.
What do I do during a natural disaster/force of nature?
If your test center is closed, you will be contacted by GMAT Customer Service. All communications will come from Pearson VUE, not from your test center. If your test center is open but you feel unsafe traveling, please contact Pearson VUE to discuss your situation.

What if I need to reschedule my exam?
Our test-takers are our priority and to assist you during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we have temporarily waived all GMAT exam reschedule & score reinstatement fees. If you need to reschedule your appointment to another date/location or if you have an existing GMAT score you would like to reinstate to finalize your application, you can do so at no charge. To reschedule your exam in a country other than the one in which you scheduled your original exam, please contact us by phone. You will not be charged a phone surcharge for this change. You may not reschedule your exam by mail or fax.
