Data Protection for Residents of Croatia

When you provide personal data to GMAC, you agree that GMAC may collect, process and transfer your personal data, which may be disclosed by GMAC, to its data processors and vendors, as well as to authorized score recipients (if applicable) and GMASS® subscribers (if applicable), and also to the extent, if any, required by applicable regulations, or by a court of competent jurisdiction, or as necessary to detect and prevent unlawful activity.
