Schedule a GMAT® Appointment

You may schedule a Graduate Management Admission Test® (GMAT®) appointment at any test center around the world by clicking the button below.

Choose a Test Center

To take the GMAT® exam, you must first select a test center. Each test center operates on its own schedule and can accommodate varying numbers of test takers throughout the day.

How to Schedule Your Appointment

You may register for the test online, by phone, by mail, or by fax. You will incur taxes to schedule an exam in certain countries. Please click tax rates to determine the tax you will have to pay to take the GMAT® exam in certain countries.

Available time slots change continuously based on capacity and ongoing registration. You will find out which times are available at your chosen test center when you register.

*If you are a citizen of Cuba, North Korea, or Sudan, you must prove primary residency outside of your country of citizenship. If you are a citizen of Iran living in Iran, you must schedule your GMAT® appointment through GMAT® Customer Service.

Online

If you choose to schedule a test appointment online, you must sign up as a registered user of the mba.com Web site if you have not already done so. Be sure to enter your name and birthdate exactly as they appear on the identification you will present at the test center (see Presenting Proper Identification for details). Fee payments can only be made by credit card or debit card (see Pay for the Test for details). Be sure to have your VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or JCB® card ready.

To register for the GMAT® exam by mail or fax, you must complete the GMAT® Appointment Scheduling form. To complete it, you will also need the Country Code List. If you wish to fax your form, please use the fax number for Customer Service in your region listed above. If you wish to mail your form, please send your completed form to:

Please keep in mind it can take up to eight (8) weeks for letters to reach the U.S. from some countries.

Identify Yourself Correctly

When scheduling your test appointment, be sure the spelling of your name and your birthdate exactly match the name and birthdate printed on the identification you will present at the test center. If this information does not match, you will not be permitted to take the test and your test fee will be forfeited.

Request Nonstandard Testing Accommodations

GMAT® Terms and Conditions

When you register for the GMAT® exam, you will be required to agree to all terms and conditions stated in the GMAT® Information Bulletin, including without limitation, those related to testing; score cancellations; exclusive remedies for testing or scoring errors; examinee misconduct and test irregularity policies; confidentiality of the test; privacy policies; collection, processing, use, and transmission to the United States of your personally identifiable data (including but not limited to the digital photograph, signature, and audio/video recording collected at the test center), and disclosure of such data to the owner of the GMAT® exam, the Graduate Management Admission Council® (GMAC®), its service providers, any score recipient you select and others as necessary to detect or prevent fraud or other unlawful activity or as required by law or in legal proceedings. Please be sure to read the Bulletin carefully before you register for the exam.
