Q: Can I return my digital products?

A: We do not issue refunds for digital products unless they are defective. Recipients must report defective or damaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Q: I ordered a bundle, but I no longer need the products. Can it be returned?

A: Physical products can be returned within 14 days. Please note, the Official Guide, 13th Edition cannot be returned, if the seal is broken on the last page. We do not issue refunds for digital products unless they are defective. Recipients must report defective or damaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are not guaranteed.

A: Yes. A partial refund will be applicable to the physical guides only. Physical products can be returned within 14 days. Q: Where can I obtain my downloads?

A: To obtain your downloads, please log into www.mba.com. Click My mba.com, on the bottom left of the page, select Product Purchase History. You will be taken to the products page where you will access your authorization or activation codes and downloads.
