The Graduate Management Admission Council ® (GMAC®) a global non-profit organization comprised of leading graduate business schools around the world.

GMAC is the owner and administrator of the GMAT® exam, the first and only standardized test specifically designed for graduate business and management programs. The GMAT exam is accepted at more than 7,000 programs around the world and administered at more than 600 test centers in 114 countries. It is the most widely used assessment for graduate management admissions and the most reliable predictor of academic success in graduate business studies.

GMAC meets the needs of management schools, and current and prospective students through a wide array of products, services, and programs designed to open doors for students, professionals, and graduate management programs worldwide. GMAC Is Helping Graduate Business Students Give Back

In April 2012, GMAC presented more than US$7.1 million in grants to 12 organizations around the world as part of its Ideas to Innovation (i2i) Challenge. These institutions received funding to implement programs focused on creating social responsibility and service learning opportunities in graduate management education, building new pathways in business leadership for military veterans, and encouraging global collaboration among educational institutions. Many of these initiatives are based on winning ideas submitted by graduate business students.
