Can I return my digital products?

We do not issue refunds for digital products unless they are defective. Recipients must report defective or damaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are not guaranteed.

I ordered a bundle, but I no longer need the products. Can it be returned?

Physical products can be returned within 14 days. Please note, the Official Guide, 13th Edition cannot be returned, if the seal is broken on the last page. We do not issue refunds for digital products unless they are defective. Recipients must report defective or damaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Yes. A partial refund will be applicable to the physical guides only. Physical products can be returned within 14 days. How do I find my purchased products?

1. Please login to www.mba.com
2. Click on My Account, at the top right of your screen.
3. Below Products, click VIEW ALL PURCHASED.
4. Your activation codes are located above the green Access button.

What if I am having trouble activating my products?

1. Please clear your cookies/cache and open a new browser.
2. Try logging into mba.com again.
3. Click on My Account, at the top right of your screen.
4. Below Products, you will see your purchases.
5. Copy your Activation Code(s) – located above the green Access button.
6. Click Access to activate your software.
