Reporting Testing Complaints

Email, fax or mail your complaint to GMAT Customer Service. Address your letter to "Attention: GMAT Complaints". Instructions on where to send are located below.

Reporting Testing Violations

Ensuring the fairness of our exams and the integrity of the exam scores is very important to us. The GMAT™ exam is administered under strict supervision and security measures. Despite this, some test takers may disregard the rules to gain an unfair advantage. Please report to the test administrator or Pearson VUE any questionable behavior you are aware of, such as another test taker doing any of the following things:

  • Receiving assistance or copying from another test taker
  • Taking a test for someone else
  • Having access to secure test questions before or after the exam
  • Using notes or unauthorized aids, or cheating on the exam in any other form
  • Attempting to record or otherwise capture test question

The Graduate Management Admission Council™ (GMAC) reserves the right to contact school programs and take other appropriate actions with respect to the individuals who violate any GMAT testing terms and conditions. Our policy is to keep the names of individuals reporting such information confidential. Please report violations as soon as possible to:
