MLT MBA Prep: The MLT MBA Preparation Program's mission is to prepare minority young professionals for successful application to leading MBA programs via a 12-month program focusing on individual work-plan development and execution.

The PhD Project(SM): An alliance of corporations and higher education institutions, along with numerous academic and professional associations working to improve workforce diversity by diversifying business school faculties. began Its mission is to increase the diversity of business school faculty by attracting African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans and Native Americans to business doctoral programs, and providing a network of peer support throughout the programs.
