Test Complaints & Concerns

If you have already taken the GMAT® and have a complaint or concern about the test or the test center, send your written complaint or concern to GMAT Customer Service immediately following the test administration.

Reporting Testing Complaints
Address your letter to "Attention: GMAT Complaints" and email or fax to GMAT Customer Service or by mail at the address below. 

Reporting Testing Violations
The GMAT exam is administered under strict supervision and security measures; however, some test takers may disregard the rules in an attempt to gain an unfair advantage. Please report to the test administrator or Pearson VUE any questionable behavior you observe, such as another test taker doing any of the following things:

  • Receiving assistance or copying from another test taker
  • Taking a test for someone else
  • Having access to secure test questions before or after the exam
  • Using notes or unauthorized aids
  • Attempting to record or otherwise capture test questions

The Graduate Management Admission Council® (GMAC®) reserves the right to contact school programs and take other appropriate actions with respect to the individuals who violate any GMAT testing terms and conditions. Our policy is to keep the names of individuals reporting such information confidential. Please report violations as soon as possible to:
