Tips for Recruiting Participants

You know best what resonates with the students at your school, but we offer the following suggestions to help you recruit participants and build enthusiasm for your TeamMBA activity:

• Offer incentives for the first 5 or 10 people to sign up (coffee gift cards, music gift cards, school logo items, etc.)
• Create a poster or flier with your contact information, and place in highly visible spots in heavy traffic areas
• Implement an "Every Participant Get a Participant" program, using prize incentive ideas mentioned above
• Challenge another school in the same activity
• Organize a friendly competition within your school
• Invite alumni
