Military-Friendly Schools
Combine your military experience with an MBA to gain a greater career advantage.
Whether you are a former service member or still active in the military, numerous schools and MBA programs around the United States welcome applicants with military backgrounds. In fact, they are so eager to have you as part of their student body that they offer some valuable perks:
- Application fee waived: When allowed by state and university regulations, schools waive the application fee for those have been on active duty within three years of their application.
- Financial aid: Schools make financial aid available to qualified military personnel who have transitioned from the service in the two years prior to enrolling in their program.
- Deferment: If your b-school plans are interrupted by active duty, these schools provide a one-year deferment.
