If you cancel your test appointment at least seven (7) days in advance of your test date, you will receive a partial refund of US$80. If you cancel your appointment within seven (7) days of your test date, you forfeit your entire registration fee. The cancellation refund is subject to change without notice.

If you paid to schedule your appointment using a credit card and you cancel your appointment within this time period, your credit card account will be credited the refund amount. If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a refund check in the mail. If you cancel your appointment within seven (7) days of your test date, you forfeit your entire registration fee. All refunds are made in U.S. dollars.
