Q: What if I need to reschedule my exam?

A: You may reschedule your exam online. To reschedule by phone, call the number below for your region. Please note, there will be a USD $10 surcharge for scheduling changes by phone.

A rescheduling fee will apply as stated below:

• More than 7 calendar days before the scheduled test date: US$50.00 fee (each time you reschedule)
• Within 7 calendar days before the scheduled test date: Additional US$250.00 fee.
• Within 24 hours of the scheduled test date and time: Appointment cannot be rescheduled. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your account history will display the appointment as a no-show. This will not appear on your score reports when you send them to schools.

To reschedule your exam in a country other than the one in which you scheduled your original exam, please contact us by phone. You will not be charged a phone surcharge for this change. You may not reschedule your exam by mail or fax.

Q: What if I need to cancel my exam time?

A: You may cancel your GMAT exam at any time, however cancellation fees may apply. To cancel by phone, call the number below for your region. Please note, there will be a USD $10 surcharge for scheduling by phone.

The following cancellation fees apply:
• More than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled test date and time: US$80.00 refund
• Within seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled test date and time: no refund
• Within 24 hours of the scheduled test date and time: Appointment cannot be cancelled. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your account history will display the appointment as a no-show. This will not appear on your score reports when you send them to schools.

Q: What if I'm a test taker under the age of 18?

A: Test takers under the age of 18 must email a signed GMAT Parental Consent/Authorization form (pdf) to: GMATParentalConsent@Pearson.com.
